Chicken liver on a bed of Steamed bread..

Ingredients
- Chicken livers (250g)
- 3 large red-ripped tomatoes ( chopped)
- 1 large onion ( chopped)
- French chives for garnish
- Cooking oil
- Table spoon of garlic and ginger paste
- 1tsp curry powder
- 1Tsp chicken spice
- 1Tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tsp of tomato paste
METHOD
- In a micro wave suitable container, placed your clean chicken livers and microwave for a minute (90sec)until the access water and blood is out and its half cooked.
- In a non stick pan add 3 table spoons of chosen cooking oil, once heated add onions, garlic and ginger paste and add tomato paste. Stir the mix on high heat for about 15sec and add your tomatoes. Add all your spices and close your pot for another 15 seconds, add your chicken livers (dont add water from livers, just dry livers) and turn down stove to medium heat and let it cook for about 2 minutes. Stir everything together and allow the livers to soak in the spice for another 30 seconds.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and put aside once cooked to your liking.
