BBQ TBONE STEAK

Ingredients
- 2 Thick cut TBONE Steaks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- BBQ SAUCE (see below)
- Cooking oil
METHOD – BBQ SAUCE
- 1 cup of All gold tomato sauce
- 2 table spoons brown sugar
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tsp grounded black pepper + 1Tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
In a small pan put tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, lemon Juice, and salt and pepper and let it simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from stove and allow it to cool a bit and brush sauce over your meat.

METHOD (TBONE)
- In a non stick frying pan add 2 table spoons of cooking oil
- Place your TBONE on a board and season with salt and pepper both sides
- Once pan is heated, place your tbone one by one and let it fry for 5 minutes on each side, place it on a board and brush BBQ sauce on both sides and let it rest until ready to serve
