feta and Spinach steamed bread " Pimp my Dombolo"

? 5 Cups of cake flour
? 1 sachet of instant yeast
? 3tbspoon of Sugar
? 1Tsp salt
? 1Tsp Aromat
? Full cup of finely chopped Spinach
? 2 bricks of feta cheese.
? 1Tsp of Olive oil
? 1L of warm water
Method
? Place flour, yeast, sugar, salt, Aromat and the rest of the ingredients together. Add water per cup and continue to mix. If needed add more water unit the dough is tough but not dry and not too wet.
? Cover the dough with plastic wrap and live in a dry warm area for about 30 minutes or until its double in size.
? Once risen cut into 2 and use a deep baking tray to steam.
? Use a large pot which can fit your baking tray and pour 1.5L of water on high heat, once it starts boiling place the pan and cover the pot with the lid and let it steam for an hour.
? Once cooked, put aside to cook and remove from the tray and serve with just butter or desired soup or curry.
NB: Continue the same process with the other half of the dough?
