So i am a chilli lover and every one that knows me knows i dont Joke with chillies......The spicier the food the better for me!!!! so i have a CRAZE Delicious marinade that can take your chicken from BLAH BLAH BLAH TO VA VA VOOOOOOOOMILICIOUSNESS:P:lol:



YOU WILL NEED
? 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
? ΒΌ teaspoon salt
? Juice of 2 lemons
? 2 garlic cloves, crushed and 1 fresh red and green chilli
? 6 sprigs parsley, chopped
? 1 Olive oil



METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Marinate your chicken and or prawn and live them for at least an hour to soak in all the juice
3. Braai, grill, fry and once done you can also pour over the left over sauce
